This class, created in honor of Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month, combines somatic science with sacred stillness to help you transition from chaos to calm. Whether you’re neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or simply burned out, this space is tailored for you.

For Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and individuals recovering from chronic stress or cognitive strain, mere rest isn’t enough—we require intentional, embodied recovery. This class fosters neural restoration through breath, stillness, sound, and sensation, setting the stage for mental clarity, emotional grounding, and peace within our nervous system.
