• Food Vendors: Booth fees are $550 plus a $20 application fee for the weekend. A refundable cleaning deposit of $250 is required.
• Food Trucks/Trailers: Fees are $590 plus a $20 application fee for the weekend. A refundable cleaning deposit of $250 is required.
• Retail and Artisan Vendors: Booth fees are $270 plus a $20 application fee and transaction fees.
• International Village (Nonprofits): Spaces are free for nonprofits, with only 10 spots available.
• Application Deadlines: All vendor applications are due by March 28, 2025.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Join the team and contribute to this vibrant event. Volunteers receive a free t-shirt and food. Various roles are available, including stagehands and information booth operators. Sign up for shifts and attend a virtual orientation session prior to the event.
