The Elmwood Park 5K & 1-Mile Stride for Charity, sponsored by the New Elmwood Park Chamber of Commerce, promises an exciting day filled with activities. Thanks to the support of the Elmwood Park Police Department, this year’s event is set to be even grander with music, tents for dining and gathering, fire trucks, and more.

• Time: High Noon 12pm (Rain or Shine)
• Location: Elmwood Park, NJ (Starting and Ending at Birchwood Park)

Event Guidelines and Rules
5K Race Guidelines:

• *Eligibility*: Open to participants aged 10 and above. Minors need parental/guardian consent.
• *Registration*: Pre-registration online or on-site required. Team/group runners must submit individual registration forms.
• *Race Timing*: Volunteer-managed timing.

Course Rules:

• Participants must follow the designated route.
• Headphones allowed with caution.
• No bicycles, rollerblades, or motorized vehicles.
• Awards for top finishers.

1-Mile Walk/Strut Guidelines:

• *Eligibility*: Open to all ages, including pets.
• *Pet Policy*: Dogs must be leashed, owners clean up after pets.
• *Course Rules*: Follow the designated route.
