To commence this transformative journey, we begin with a cacao ceremony. Cacao, a potent plant medicine known as a heart opener, transitions you from the mind to the heart—a space crucial for Innerdance exploration. Rich in antioxidants, cacao enhances mental clarity and boosts energy levels. It contains vital nutrients like anandamide, a compound that induces feelings of bliss and joy. - Doors open 15 minutes before the session for preparation.

- Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own for comfort.
- Dress comfortably in layers for flexibility during the experience.

Who Should Avoid Innerdance Sessions
