Trauma often causes individuals to unconsciously hold their breath or suppress emotions, resulting in disarray within the nervous system.
Creating Emotional Harmony and Safety
In this session, we explore techniques to embrace emotions, reframing them not as foes but as messengers. Anger becomes a boundary-setter, sadness a form of release, and fear a signal. Grounded in slow, grounding breath patterns and somatic resourcing techniques, this space fosters emotional befriending and serves as a bridge to reconnecting with oneself.
