Frozen – A Journey to Arendelle:
Join Anna, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf as they race against time to save the kingdom of Arendelle from an eternal winter. Witness breathtaking ice skating as Anna embarks on an adventure to find her sister Elsa, whose icy powers have cast a spell of eternal snow. This magical moment will have the whole family cheering as they bring the summer back to Arendelle!
Encanto – The Magic of the Madrigals:
Next, enter the mystical home of the Madrigal family in Encanto. Follow Mirabel as she works with her sisters Isabela and Luisa to save their enchanted family home, Casita. Set against the stunning backdrop of the beautiful Colombian mountains, the Madrigals’ story of love, family, and bravery will inspire you.
Special Character Experience:
Enhance your Disney On Ice experience with a Character Experience for exclusive photo opportunities and interactive time with your favorite Disney characters. To attend the Character Experience, guests must purchase both a Disney On Ice ticket and a Character Experience ticket. This unique opportunity is available for both children and adults (ages 2 and up), but remember that all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Ticket Information:
- All guests ages 2 & older require a ticket.
- Costumes are not permitted for guests aged 14 & older.
- Character Experience tickets are available separately.
- Door Time: Doors open at 6:00 PM
- Ticket Limit: 8 tickets per order
