In-Person Course Logistics:

• Date & Time: The course spans two days (Saturday & Sunday) at a secluded venue in Lake Country, BC, Canada, commencing at 9:30 am and concluding at 4:30 pm daily.
• Lunch: Participants are advised to bring their lunches as the nearest food establishments are a brief drive away. Hydration is key, so remember to carry water. Feel free to bring a yoga mat for added comfort during practice.
