What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where individuals are enveloped in sound waves produced by various overtone-emitting instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. People lie down and listen to resonant sounds, allowing their brain waves to shift to a more relaxed state, promoting deep rest and relaxation, self-inquiry, and self-discovery.

What to Bring:
If possible, please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats (no yoga mat needed). Dress comfortably, bring water, and have a meal beforehand for optimal relaxation during the session.
