- Led by Tony, an accomplished teacher in music and TEFL, and a dedicated meditator for countless years, the sessions promise a wealth of wisdom and tranquility.
- While I undergo a knee replacement, Tony will take the lead, supported by my presence for post-session discussions and warm refreshments.

- Those acquainted with our Elstead therapy room can attest to its serene ambiance and tranquil essence, offering a perfect setting for meditation and self-discovery.
- Situated on the ground floor with wheelchair access via a ramp, please note that the restroom is located upstairs. Ample parking is available, although coordination may be needed due to shared parking at our private residence.
