Join us for the Fifth Annual Intown Family Garba on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the Decatur Recreation Center in Decatur, Georgia. Hosted by Georgia Interfaith Power & Light, this family-friendly Navaratri celebration invites everyone to come together for an evening of music, aarti, dancing, and delicious food. Enjoy popsicle treats and a vibrant atmosphere as we dance the night away in celebration of culture and community.
This event isn’t just about fun—it’s also a meaningful opportunity to support a great cause. All proceeds from the event benefit Georgia Interfaith Power & Light (GIPL), an organization dedicated to addressing climate change, environmental injustice, and resource depletion through engagement with faith communities across Georgia. Your participation helps create a more sustainable and just world.
General Admission tickets are available for $7.50 if purchased in advance and $10 at the door. Children under 2 enter free. To support our goal of making this a Zero-Waste event, please bring your own water bottles. Food, drinks, and treats will be sold separately.
