What to Expect:

• Sound Bath Experience:

Immerse yourself in a symphony of resonant sounds from crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, flutes, and various harmonic instruments worldwide. These vibrations will cocoon you in a state of profound relaxation and meditation.

• Intention Setting:

What to Bring:
We recommend bringing your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats and a favorite pillow for your comfort. No yoga mat is necessary. However, we can provide these items if needed. Dress casually, carry water, and have a meal beforehand for optimal enjoyment.
Please arrive promptly to ensure a smooth start for all participants. Doors open 7 minutes before the event commences.
