In “Surfers Flow” we send you on a journey to the sea!
In addition to soothing and calming movements and poses, we also strengthen your upper body, shoulders and arms.
Whether surfing, stand up paddle touring or fitness.
In this yoga session, body and mind are brought to peak performance.
This is because classic surfing, for example, not only affects your strength but also your mobility.
We therefore promote the mobility of your whole body at the same time.
With the help of breathing exercises and short meditations, we will also promote your inner calm so that you can stay with yourself even in challenging phases. The sound of the sea included!
The course is suitable for all levels, so don’t worry, you don’t need to be at peak performance or have any experience!
