This ongoing series is designed for adults who are ready to explore their inner world, release what no longer serves them, and gently learn to love themselves—all through the empowering practice of art journaling.

Class Schedule:
- Every other Wednesday
- Upcoming Dates: March 12, March 26, April 9, April 23
- Time: Guided sessions from 5:30–8:00 PM
- Optional Open Studio Time: Come as early as 4:00 PM to begin your journaling practice at your own pace.
- Join at any time—new dates are added regularly.
