What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath offers a meditative experience where participants are immersed in sound waves produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. What to Bring and Details

• Please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats for your comfort.
• Dress in comfortable attire and remember to hydrate and eat prior to the session.
• Timely arrival is appreciated to ensure a smooth start for all participants. Doors open 7 minutes before the event begins.
