Throwers
Our throwers’ session is a community of pottery enthusiasts where beginners and seasoned potters come together to share their love for clay art. If you are new to throwing, we recommend attending our Throwing Taster Session before joining our regular throwers’ group. This introductory session ensures you grasp the basics before diving into the more advanced techniques with our experienced members.
Important Note: To participate in the Regular Throwers Session, it’s essential to have prior throwing experience. If you are just starting out, our Throwing Taster Sessions are the perfect stepping stone to gain confidence in your pottery skills. These taster sessions are available on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.
For those seeking supervision during their sessions, we recommend booking within our term time slots to ensure guidance and support are readily available. Our 2025 term dates provide a structured timeline for your pottery journey, allowing you to plan your sessions effectively and make the most out of your creative endeavors.
Handbuilding
If you’re new to hand building but eager to explore this artistic technique, our handbuilding sessions offer the perfect opportunity to unleash your creativity. While prior experience is not mandatory, attending our project workshops beforehand can provide valuable insights into the intricacies of hand building, enhancing your skills and understanding of this craft.

Our handbuilding sessions provide unlimited clay options, expert guidance, demonstrations, firing allowances, and 2 hours of studio time, ensuring a fulfilling and enriching experience for all participants.
