Space Usage:

• Vendors are allotted a specific period for the event, starting from the designated start date/time and ending at the specified end date/time.
• Any vendor failing to abide by the event guidelines may be requested to leave the premises to ensure a harmonious event experience for all participants.

Indemnity and Exculpation:

• Vendors are responsible for indemnifying and holding harmless House of Beulah LLC and associated parties against any liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or incidents within the event space.
• Landlord Parties are not liable for any injuries or damages unless resulting from intentional wrongdoing.

Space Maintenance:

• Vendors are expected to maintain the space in its original condition and are liable for any damages incurred during their use of the space.
• Any harm, waste, or offensive behavior within the space is strictly prohibited to preserve the event’s integrity and reputation.

Risk and Liability:

• Losses, theft, or damage to merchandise and personal property are solely the responsibility of the vendors, emphasizing the need for proper security measures and care.

Vendor Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Vendors are reminded that any losses due to theft or damage to their goods are their sole responsibility.
• House of Beulah LLC provides pop-up locations but does not guarantee specific sales figures. Vendors are encouraged to leverage their marketing efforts in conjunction with the event promotion to maximize exposure and reach.
