Let’s embark on a culinary journey, one flavorful step at a time! Delve into the world of cooking with our engaging class designed for young chefs to explore the wonders of the kitchen. In this interactive session, participants will immerse themselves in the art of crafting delectable breakfast quesadillas using an unexpected yet exciting culinary companion: the pizza oven. While the focus may not be on pizzas, we aim to showcase the versatility and ingenuity of cooking with a single appliance.

Led by seasoned professionals such as Siobhan Alban, Ashley Serbonich, and Rebecca Whitman (Founder of Beyond the Spectrum), each student receives personalized guidance through the intricacies of food preparation, safety protocols, and meal structuring. Participants will acquire practical experience in:
- Crafting simple, nutritious meals
- Upholding kitchen safety standards and hygiene practices
- Nurturing a discerning palate for healthy eating
- Cultivating self-assurance and independence
Life Skills That Last a Lifetime:
At the core of our curriculum lies the Art of Life Program, a comprehensive educational platform that empowers children and adolescents to care for themselves holistically. Our approach is intentional, nurturing, and empowering, with the ultimate objective of equipping each student with self-reliant skills applicable in their daily lives. Leveraging beginner-friendly tools like electric skillets, griddles, crockpots, air fryers, and pizza ovens, we ensure a risk-free environment for learning, fostering a sense of accomplishment in every culinary creation.
Class Schedule:
- When: Every other Thursday at 12 PM; Every other Saturday at 2 PM
- Duration: Approximately 1.5 – 2 hours per class
- Registration: Advanced sign-up required (at least 3 days prior) to facilitate the procurement of fresh ingredients and necessary materials for every participant.
Investment:
- Price: $65 per class
- Policy: Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
