Emirates Celebrates Holi with In-Flight Festivities

Festive Delights on Board
Emirates Airlines is set to make Holi celebrations even more special for travelers by offering festive treats on select flights to and from India on March 13 and 14, 2025.
Passengers flying to and from Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mumbai will be treated to Kesar Gujiya, a traditional deep-fried dumpling filled with condensed milk and dried fruits. The festive sweet will be served in a specially designed box reflecting the vibrancy of Holi.
On March 14, First and Business Class passengers will enjoy an additional festive welcome with Thandai, a rich, milk-based beverage infused with nuts, saffron, and rose petals, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.
Immersive In-Flight Entertainment
To further enhance the Holi experience, Emirates’ award-winning in-flight entertainment system, ice, will feature a special selection of Indian content. Passengers can enjoy over 180 Indian films, including recent Bollywood blockbusters like Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, Patna Shuklla, and Shaitaan.
A dedicated collection from Yash Raj Films, known for its iconic Bollywood romances, will also be available. Additionally, the entertainment library includes a variety of Indian TV shows and more than 40 music albums and playlists, featuring the latest hits from popular Spotify playlists like Desi Hits, Desi Pop, and Desi Hip Hop Mixtape.
