Guanajuato has established strategic partnerships with Indian institutions like Incubation Masters and Think Tank Movastcon Foundation to promote startups and Smart Cities. Engaging with leading Indian tech companies such as Infosys and TATA Consultancy Services, the state aims to foster talent development and technological collaboration. This initiative, known as “Mindfacture Valley,” aims to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in both regions.

Governor Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo has been key in promoting the Mindfacture policy, engaging with both public and private organizations in India. This dialogue seeks to create opportunities for innovative projects in both countries, strengthening their respective ecosystems. Guanajuato boasts the highest number of patent applications per 100,000 economically active inhabitants in Mexico and is recognized as the fastest-growing ecosystem in Central America.

Guanajuato representatives signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Incubation Masters and Think Tank Movastcon Foundation. They also engaged with top Indian tech companies, resulting in a collaboration letter to foster reskilling and talent development through hackathons and webinars. These efforts aim to host shared summits and mentor exchanges, further strengthening their collaborative initiatives.

In the fintech sector, Guanajuato representatives visited the National Payments Corporation of India and the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub. They explored the impact of PayTM in mobile payments and participated in the Second International India Fintech Festival Forum for additional insights.
