IndiGo has unveiled new direct flights connecting Mangaluru, Coimbatore, and Tiruchirappalli to Abu Dhabi, enhancing its international network. The Mangaluru to Abu Dhabi route will operate daily starting August 9, providing a reliable travel option for passengers. The Tiruchirappalli to Abu Dhabi flights will be available four times a week from August 11, while direct flights from Coimbatore to Abu Dhabi will start on August 10, operating three times a week.

This expansion follows IndiGo’s recent launch of a new direct flight between Bengaluru and Abu Dhabi, which will operate six times a week beginning August 1, 2024. These additions will significantly enhance IndiGo’s international connectivity by linking the UAE capital with key cities in southern India, thus meeting the growing demand for direct flights.

Mr. Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales at IndiGo, expressed his enthusiasm for the new routes, highlighting that IndiGo will now offer 89 non-stop flights a week to Abu Dhabi from 13 cities across India. These flights aim to provide seamless and convenient travel options for business and leisure travelers, further strengthening connectivity to the UAE and promoting exploration of the island city and its surroundings.

The new routes are expected to improve travel convenience and connectivity, reflecting IndiGo’s commitment to expanding its international network and supporting increased demand for direct flights between India and the UAE.
