ITServe Alliance Unveils Dynamic Leadership Team for 2025 to Propel Industry Influence

ITServe Alliance, a leading consortium representing over 2,500 small and medium-sized IT companies across North America, has announced its leadership team for 2025. With a strategic vision aimed at amplifying the organization’s industry presence and impact, the new leaders bring a wealth of experience and a commitment to innovation.

New Leadership at the Helm

At the forefront is National President Anju Vallabhaneni, who assumed office in January 2025. With over 23 years in IT management and seven years of dedicated service to ITServe, Vallabhaneni is poised to steer the organization toward greater advocacy and collective strength. “I am honored to lead ITServe Alliance, the largest association representing IT solutions, product development, and service organizations in the United States. Together, we will continue to advocate for our members, drive innovation, and enhance our collective strength,” he stated.

Supporting him is Governing Board Chair Raghu Chittimalla, who emphasizes a culture of collaborative leadership. “Our focus will be on unity, ensuring all board members prioritize ITServe’s mission above individual interests to achieve collective success,” Chittimalla remarked.

President-Elect Siva Moopanar is set to lead ITServe in 2026. As the President & CEO of Edify Technologies, Moopanar brings three decades of expertise in IT leadership and commercial real estate investment. “I am committed to ensuring ITServe attracts top talent, fosters innovation, and drives economic growth,” he affirmed.

Strategic Expansion and Organizational Structure

ITServe operates through four core boards:

  • ITServe Alliance: The central body overseeing the organization’s initiatives.
  • Connected PAC: Focused on political advocacy and policy reforms.
  • ITServe Services Board (ITSS): Dedicated to member services and support.
  • ITServe CSR Board: Spearheading corporate social responsibility efforts.

With 23 chapters across the United States, ITServe continues its mission to support IT enterprises, advocate for policy reforms, and invest in innovation. The 2025 chapter presidents are set to play pivotal roles in expanding the organization’s influence and reach.

Reflecting on Growth and Future Plans

Immediate Past President Jagadeesh Mosali highlighted ITServe’s evolution from a regional network in 2010 to a national force in IT services. The recent addition of chapters in Tennessee and New York underscores this growth trajectory. “ITServe’s success is built on the collective strength of its members,” Mosali noted.

Looking ahead, Vallabhaneni announced plans to further expand the organization’s national presence by adding two more chapters in Boston, MA, and Sacramento, CA, during the year. “Together, we will continue to champion the interests of small and medium-sized IT enterprises, foster innovation, and expand our national presence. I invite all ITServe members to join me in this mission,” he urged.

Commitment to Community and Innovation

Beyond business growth, ITServe is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR). The ITServe CSR Board focuses on empowering local communities through STEM advocacy, education for the underprivileged, and support for veterans and first responders. Amit Goel, Managing Director of ITServe Alliance CSR, emphasized, “The mission of ITServe Alliance CSR is to empower local communities through STEM advocacy, educating the underprivileged, feeding the hungry, supporting our veterans and first responders, and recognizing our community heroes.”

In line with its commitment to innovation, ITServe organizes events like Synergy, an annual conference that brings together industry leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs. Synergy serves as a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and exploring new business opportunities. The 2024 conference in Las Vegas featured keynote speakers such as Indra Nooyi, former CEO of PepsiCo, and Clara Shih, CEO of Salesforce AI, who shared insights on leadership and technological advancements.

As ITServe Alliance embarks on this new chapter under the leadership of Vallabhaneni and his team, the organization remains steadfast in its mission to advocate for its members, drive innovation, and make a positive impact within the IT industry and the broader community.
