Plot Overview: A Festival, A Murder & A Sinister Web of Secrets

Set against the haunting backdrop of the Ashtakaali festival in the fictional village of Kaalipattanam, Season 2 begins with a brutal murder that shakes the community. Veteran activist lawyer Chellappa (Lal) is found dead under mysterious circumstances, and Sub-Inspector Sakkarai (Kathir) is once again pulled into a nightmarish maze of lies, conspiracies, and dark pasts.

Meanwhile, Nandini (Aishwarya Rajesh), still haunted by her past traumas, finds herself in a life-altering situation inside prison. As the investigation unfolds, eight unconnected young women emerge as prime suspects, deepening the layers of mystery. Who is the real killer? What secrets does the Ashtakaali festival hide?
