New Delhi, April 1 (IANS) In a significant breakthrough, the AGS Crime Branch of Delhi Police has apprehended a proclaimed offender and alleged kingpin of the Mukhiya gang, officials said on Wednesday.The accused, identified as Rahul alias Dahur alias Raju Mukhiya, a resident of Madhubani in Bihar, was arrested from the Nangli area of Dwarka in the national Capital following sustained surveillance and a targeted operation by the Crime Branch.
