Kolkata, May 24 (IANS) After Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari announced a ‘zero tolerance’ policy on illegal construction in the state, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) has started sending notices for violations at various places in the West Bengal state capital.
