  • Boiled potatoes (cut into chunks)
  • Ghee or oil
  • Cumin seeds (jeera)

  • Sendha namak (rock salt)
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice for tang

Start by heating ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, followed by finely chopped ginger and green chilies. Sauté for a minute until aromatic. Then, add the boiled potatoes and cook on low heat for 5–8 minutes. Meanwhile, dry roast some peanuts, grind them coarsely, and mix them into the potatoes.
