How to Make Quinoa Paneer Patties – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Cook the Quinoa

  • Pressure cook ½ cup of quinoa with ¾ cup water and a pinch of salt.
  • Cook for 2 whistles, allow to cool, then drain and keep aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Sweet Potato

  • Cut 1 medium sweet potato into large chunks.
  • Pressure cook until soft, let it cool, then peel and mash. Set aside.

Step 3: Make Bread Crumbs

  • Toast 2–3 slices of bread until crisp.
  • Grind into a fine powder and keep aside.

Step 4: Sauté the Vegetables

  • Heat ½ tablespoon oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté for a few seconds.

  • Add the mashed sweet potato and crumbled paneer to the pan.
