Reduce stress and anxiety and elevate your overall well-being with the ancient Japanese practice of forest bathing, known as *shinrin-yoku*. Guided Forest Bathing Experience
Embark on a soothing journey through nature with me as your guide. During this leisurely walk, you will engage in a series of sensory experiences designed to be immersive, meditative, and mindful. This is your chance to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and fully embrace the tranquility of the natural world. Forest bathing is a nurturing self-care practice that aims to recalibrate your nervous system, fostering deep rest and relaxation.
Understanding Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku)
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese well-being ritual that involves absorbing nature through your senses. This practice, which translates to ‘bathing in the atmosphere of the forest,’ offers a unique way to connect with the natural environment.

- In Japan, forest bathing involves gentle walks covering approximately 1-1½ kilometers (½-1 mile) in about 1.5 hours.
- Guided sessions focus on awakening your senses, quieting your inner chatter, fostering presence, and deepening your bond with nature.
