What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath offers a meditative experience where individuals immerse themselves in the soothing sounds produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. By listening to these resonant tones, participants can transition from an active mental state to a more relaxed and dreamlike state, promoting deep relaxation, self-exploration, and stress relief.
What to Bring:
For your comfort, please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover the provided cushioned floor mats. No yoga mat is necessary. Water, comfortable attire, and eating before the session are recommended for an optimal experience.
