At our Glover Park location, we offer a variety of classes that cater to all levels and preferences. Our small class sizes ensure that you receive the attention you need to deepen your practice and connect with the community around you. In addition to our studio classes, we also offer sessions at the nearby Guy Mason Recreation Center, located at 3600 Calvert St NW near the baseball field.
Yoga District also provides over 20 live stream online classes daily, as well as classes at five other studio locations throughout DC, giving you the flexibility to practice yoga wherever you are.
