Child Safety Standards
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Indian Community LLC ("Indian.Community") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to our website at indian.community and to the Indian Community mobile apps for iOS and Android.
1. What is prohibited
- Any content that sexualizes minors, including images, videos, drawings, text or links.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real or computer-generated.
- Grooming: contacting, befriending or manipulating a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or soliciting sexual content from a minor.
- Sharing, requesting or promoting any of the above, or links to it.
2. Age requirement
Indian.Community is for adults 18 and over. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are removed.
3. How to report a concern
If you see anything that may involve the abuse or exploitation of a child:
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Child safety report". Include a link or screenshot and the username if you can.
- Or use our Contact us page.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
You can also report directly to the authorities: in the United States, the NCMEC CyberTipline; in India, the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal; in other countries, your national hotline listed by INHOPE.
4. What we do when we receive a report
- We review child safety reports as a priority, within 24 hours.
- We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other relevant authorities as required by law, and we preserve evidence as the law requires.
- We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
5. Compliance
We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the countries where our services are available, and with the Google Play and Apple App Store child safety policies.
6. Child safety contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety and CSAM prevention is Amit Gupta, Indian Community LLC.
