Delete Your Indian Community Account

You can download your data or delete your Indian.Community account, together with the personal data linked to it, at any time.

Delete your account yourself (fastest)

1. Log in to the Indian Community app or to indian.community.
2. Go to Profile > Privacy.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

On the same screen you can tap Download your data to get a copy of your information first.

Can't log in? Ask us by email

1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my account".
3. Include your name and, if you know it, your username.

We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number and photo.
• Content you posted, such as posts, listings, comments, photos and videos.
• Your location history, device identifiers and notification token.

What we may keep

• Records we must keep by law, or to prevent fraud or abuse, for example a report about a banned user. We keep these only as long as necessary.
• Anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.
