Please note that all reservations are final, and refunds will not be provided except in unforeseen circumstances that necessitate event cancellation. Should you be unable to attend the scheduled event, I am more than willing to accommodate a booking transfer to an alternative date provided that the cancellation request is communicated at least 72 hours before the event commencement.
