Cancellation and Late Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked class to give our customers the best experience and ensure smooth class operations. For the best experience, guests more than 20 minutes late cannot be accommodated. If you are running late, we recommend rescheduling for another available time slot during our open business hours.

• Parking: Available in the parking lot on the corner of Park Ave & W. Hendricks Blvd near Cecilia’s Salon, and on the W. Hendricks Blvd side street. The rear parking lot behind the building is designated for employees only.

Food and Beverage
This is a dry establishment; no alcohol is allowed on the premises. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, and snacks during our workshops. If you are hosting a private event and wish to bring additional food, kindly inform us in advance to prepare a table accordingly.
