Join us on Saturday, November 1st from 12:30 – 4 PM EST for a cozy creative pre-holidays mini retreat that gives your mind, body, and spirit the rest and care they deserve.
Experience Highlights
During this restorative experience you’ll:
- Move gently with therapeutic somatic yoga practice to ease tension and soothe tired muscles.
- Practice breathing and meditation to help calm stress and bring peace to your heart.
- Take part in an interactive SoulCollage® activity where you’ll use images to express your inner thoughts, feelings, and hopes.
- Take time to slow down, listen to your inner voice, and feel supported.
