### Experience the Retreat:
During this restorative experience, you’ll:
- Move gently with therapeutic somatic yoga practice to ease tension and soothe tired muscles.
- Practice breathing and meditation to help calm stress and bring peace to your heart.
- Take part in an interactive SoulCollage® activity where you’ll use images to express your inner thoughts, feelings, and hopes.
- Take time to slow down, listen to your inner voice, and feel supported.

- Easy, effective *breathing tools* you can use when feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
