What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative journey where participants are enveloped in sound waves produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. By immersing oneself in resonant sounds, one’s brain waves shift from an active state to one of relaxation or dreamlike tranquility. The purpose is to facilitate deep rest, self-exploration, and release from stress and anxiety, offering a means to soothe the nervous system and foster mind-body connection.
What to Bring:
For a comfortable experience, we recommend bringing your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats. No yoga mat is required, as we can provide these items if needed. Dress in cozy attire, hydrate well, and have a light meal before the session.
