What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath offers a meditative journey where participants are enveloped in sound waves produced by overtone-emitting instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. As you lie down and listen to these resonant sounds, your brain waves slow down, transitioning from an active state to a more relaxed, dreamlike state. The purpose of a sound bath is to induce deep relaxation, encourage introspection and self-discovery, and aid in releasing stress, anxiety, and worries. It serves as a powerful method for managing anxiety, calming the nervous system, and facilitating a deep connection with your body.
What to Bring:

• Please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats; no yoga mat is necessary.
• Comfortable attire, water, and having a meal beforehand are recommended for your comfort.
• Timely arrival is crucial for a harmonious start; doors open 7 minutes before the event begins.
