In this transformative experience of self-care, participants have the choice between two event options: *Yoga and Sound Bath* or *Sound Bath Only*.
Yoga and Sound Bath
Embark on a holistic journey where the session commences with gentle yoga to harmonize the body, followed by a meditative healing sound bath. Delve into a realm of transformative sounds and vibrations, enveloping you in a state of balance and tranquility. Experience the resonance of crystal singing bowls aligned with each chakra, the soothing tones of the Chao gong, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and more, inducing a profound sense of harmony. To enhance your session, an assortment of essential oils are available for your selection.
This workshop is designed to help you unwind, clear stagnant energy, soothe the mind, and awaken your body’s innate healing mechanisms. Ensure your comfort by bringing your yoga mat and water. For yoga enthusiasts, consider bringing blocks and a strap. Participants joining the sound bath are advised to bring a blanket, pillow, eye cover, and any other items that contribute to relaxation. Limited additional props will be provided on-site.
Yoga + Sound Bath Schedule

• 4:45pm: Registration opens
• 5:00pm: Gentle yoga session
• 5:50pm: Break (Sound Bath participants enter)
• 6:00pm: Meditative Sound Bath

Cost: $35 per person (payment options available during checkout)
Sound Bath Only
For those opting for the Sound Bath Only experience, immerse yourself in the meditative sound bath starting at 6:00pm.

• 6:00pm: Meditative Sound Bath

Cost: $25.00 per person (payment options available during checkout)
To ensure a prompt start, pre-registration is recommended. Rest assured, if unforeseen circumstances arise, credit for a future Yoga + Sound Bath event will be provided. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Walk-ins are welcome based on space availability. Payment at the door is accepted in cash or via Venmo.
