Enhanced Event Description:
Danielle, an expert in Microdosing education, will kick off the class by setting the stage for our transformative journey. Before indulging in the microdose tea, we will collectively establish our intentions, paving the way for a profound experience. This blend of ancient wisdom and modern practices aims to foster a holistic connection to our mind, body, and spirit.
Program Overview:
- Satya, a seasoned guide, will lead us through a harmonious fusion of gentle yoga, incorporating restorative poses and vagus nerve activation techniques.
- Following the yoga session, we will delve into a guided meditation to deepen our inner exploration.
- The culmination of our voyage will feature an immersive sound healing session lasting an hour. Prepare to be immersed in a symphony of healing tones, including chimes, Tibetan bowls, medicine drums, crystal singing bowls, flutes, and three distinct gongs: Neptune, Niribu, and Anahata Deep Gong.

Important Considerations:
- As part of compliance with the Arcata entheogens decriminalization resolution, the microdose tea will be provided as a gift. The ticket price covers the transformative practices of yoga, meditation, and sound healing.
- To uphold safety standards, individuals under 21 years of age are not eligible to receive the microdose gift.
- For those with a history of schizophrenia, it is advisable to refrain from microdosing to prevent potential adverse effects.
- If you are currently prescribed lithium or tramadol, it is strongly recommended not to combine these medications with microdosing to mitigate the risk of seizures.
- Individuals taking SSRIs, SNRIs, or MAOIs should exercise caution due to the rare but serious risk of serotonin syndrome. Stay informed and prioritize your well-being.
We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to share this sacred space with you once again.
