In the case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or offer credit for a future event at our discretion. Unexpected mechanical issues on the boat at boarding time may result in the event being held dockside for safety reasons, with no refunds issued. All decisions regarding refunds and event changes are final.
