Holistic Retreat Itinerary
Embark on a two-day kayaking expedition followed by a day of stand-up paddleboarding amidst the breathtaking scenery of Gudenåen. Throughout these journeys, you will be gently introduced to yoga, meditation, and mindfulness exercises to enhance your presence and awareness.

Enriching Stay
As part of the program, you have the option to stay at Gl. Rye Teltplads, an idyllic campsite nestled in a forest area bordering the river. From here, we set out each morning and return by mid-afternoon. You can choose to camp in your tent or caravan at the site or opt for alternative accommodations if preferred.
