Elephant Encounter

• 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
• 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• 7:15 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.

Sea Lion Encounter

• 10:30 a.m. – 10:50 a.m.
• 6:30 p.m. – 6:50 p.m.

Note: Tickets are not valid on public holidays, and animal encounters are subject to the animals’ availability and health.

Important Information

Dress Code:

• Comfortable attire is recommended. Avoid flip-flops, high heels, or open-toe shoes.

Age & Health Restrictions:

• Zip & Climb Adventure:
• Big Climb: Minimum height 140 cm
• Junior Climb: Kids between 110 cm and 135 cm
• Driving Activity: Limited to kids aged 6-12 years old.

• Tickets are non-refundable, and visitors are responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets and vouchers.

Getting There

• By Car: Located in Al Bahyah, northeast Abu Dhabi. The zoo is a 1-hour drive from Dubai.
• By Public Transportation: Take Bus 225 from Al Shahama Bus Station, which stops at Al Rahba Hospital and finally reaches Emirates Park Zoo.
• By Taxi: Taxis from anywhere in Abu Dhabi or Dubai are familiar with the zoo’s location.
