This blog is lowkey a wake-up call fr. Dr. Jayesh spitting straight facts about how our trash lifestyle—junk food, no exercise, stress, and bad habits—is setting us up for cancer. Like, obesity, smoking, and alcohol are literally out here playing Russian roulette with our health. And don’t even get me started on how we’re sitting around all day scrolling—apparently, it’s as bad as smoking cigs 💀. Time to ditch the processed crap, hit the gym, and maybe stop ghosting our mental health. Early detection is key, so if something feels off, don’t sleep on it—go see a doc. Let’s get our act together before it’s too late.
