A 21-year-old man named Krishna Sahu was fatally stabbed on Sindhu Farm Road in the Jaitpur police station area of southeast Delhi. The incident, which occurred late on Thursday night, led to the death of Sahu and injuries to two others. Police have apprehended two individuals, including a juvenile, in connection with the violent stabbing.
The police responded to a PCR call about a physical assault at Dharamshala Road, Jaitpur, around 11.18 p.m. on January 15. Upon arrival, they found three individuals injured from sharp weapon attacks. The main accused, Deepak, had reportedly been harassing Prince (19) through social media before the incident, stemming from a personal dispute between two groups.
Krishna Sahu sustained multiple stab wounds to the chest, shoulder, and back and was pronounced dead at AIIMS Trauma Centre. Another victim, Sunny (21), is undergoing treatment for stab injuries to the abdomen and thigh, while Prince (19) suffered minor injuries. The crime team collected forensic evidence at the crime scene, and police have arrested Aashish (24) and a 17-year-old juvenile after a thorough investigation.
Efforts are underway to locate and apprehend other suspects involved in the incident. In a separate incident in East Delhi, a criminal named Mukesh, around 40 years old, was stabbed to death in the Kalyanpuri area. Investigations are ongoing in both cases, with police working to identify the attackers through CCTV footage and questioning family members of the deceased to establish the events leading to the killings.
