Actress Pooja Hegde marked her parents’ wedding anniversary with a heartfelt post on her Instagram Stories. She posted a nostalgic photo from her childhood showing her parents sharing a drink with two straws, mirroring the same gesture herself.
In the post, Pooja expressed her love for her mother and father, captioning it with “The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Happy Anniversary Mum and Dad. Love you’ll (sic)” alongside a red heart emoji. Her father, Manjunath Hegde, is a criminal lawyer, while her mother, Latha Hegde, is an immunologist and entrepreneur. Pooja also has an elder brother, Rishabh Hegde, who is an orthopaedic surgeon.
Recently, Pooja updated her followers on Instagram about returning to work after a period of travel. She shared a glamorous mirror selfie from her vanity van, signaling her return to shooting mode. Although she didn’t disclose the project she was working on, fans are eager to see her upcoming roles.
One of Pooja’s upcoming projects includes starring alongside Vijay Thalapathy in “Jana Nayagan”, directed by H. Vinoth. This film is anticipated to be Vijay’s final movie before his political debut and marks KVN’s first Tamil production. Additionally, Pooja is set to appear in David Dhawan’s romantic comedy “Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai” alongside Varun Dhawan and a star-studded cast.
