Actresses Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh came together at filmmaker Anurag Basu’s residence for Saraswati Pooja, reuniting as the Dangal sisters. Actress Mahima Chaudhary, accompanied by her daughter, also sought blessings at the Pooja. Actress Sayani Gupta shared photos from the 31st year of Saraswati Puja celebrations at Basu’s home.

One of the images shows a group photo featuring Rupali Ganguly, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanya Malhotra, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sayani Gupta, and others gathered in front of the adorned idol of Maa Saraswati. Rupali Ganguly was elegantly attired in a saree with shades of orange in a traditional Bengali style. Sayani Gupta expressed gratitude for the annual gathering in a social media post.

Sayani Gupta’s videos captured music composer Pritam reciting mantras while she offered prayers. Actor Aditya Roy Kapur also made an appearance in the video. Saraswati Pooja, observed on Vasant Panchami, venerates Maa Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, music, art, and learning, holding cultural significance in Indian households inclined towards art and music.
