Alphabet and Google CEO Sundar Pichai revealed that the company’s yearly revenues have surpassed $400 billion for the first time. The Gemini AI app has achieved over 750 million monthly active users, and more than 8 million paid seats of Gemini Enterprise have been sold within just four months of its launch.
Pichai highlighted the increased user engagement, particularly after the introduction of Gemini 3 in December. The company’s investments in AI and infrastructure have led to revenue growth, with anticipated 2026 CapEx investments ranging from $175 to $185 billion. Moreover, a partnership with Reliance Jio offers 500 million consumers an eighteen-month free trial of the Gemini suite of products and two terabytes of cloud storage.
In the December quarter, Search revenue surged by 17%, while YouTube’s annual revenue exceeded $60 billion from ads and subscriptions. Cloud revenue also saw a significant 48% growth, reaching an annual run rate of over $70 billion. The backlog increased by 55% quarter over quarter to $240 billion, driven by demand for AI products and services.
Pichai mentioned that Gemini 3 Pro has been processing three times more daily tokens on average than its predecessor, 2.5 Pro. The latest model powers Google Anti Gravity, a new development platform with over 1.5 million weekly users since its launch just over two months ago.
