Ankita Lokhande, a well-known figure in television, expressed her joy at rejoining the cooking reality show “Laughter Chefs” alongside her husband Vicky Jain, likening it to a homecoming. She shared a video on her official Instagram account, showcasing some fun moments behind the scenes of the show. Ankita reunited with Nia Sharma on the set, and the two were seen warmly embracing each other.
The video also captured Ankita enjoying herself with the team while getting her makeup done before going on stage. Throughout the footage, the “Pavitra Rishta” actress repeatedly exclaimed, “And we are back,” conveying her happiness at being part of the ‘Laughter Chef’ family once more. Ankita captioned the post, “Back where the heart belongs…Apron on, smiles loud, madness loaded…Laughter Chefs feel like home-coming! Let’s get this started! (sic).”
“Laughter Chefs Season 3” kicked off in November last year with a fresh concept and new additions to the cast, including Vivian D’sena, Tejasswi Prakash, Gurmeet Choudhary, Debina Bonnerjee, Eisha Singh, and Isha Malviya, alongside familiar faces from previous seasons. The show featured a new format where contestants were split into ‘Team Churi’ and ‘Team Kaanta.’ However, the concept was abruptly ended with a mid-season finale, leading to the exit of several contestants.
Popular participants from earlier seasons like Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Arjun Bijlani, Nia Sharma, and Sudesh Lehri have made a comeback to the show, injecting fresh excitement. “Laughter Chefs” airs on Colors TV every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 pm.
