Bank of Singapore has bolstered its presence in the Asean region and NRI market by adding four new private bankers to its team. Billy Wendy Kusnadi has been appointed as the head of a team focusing on Southeast Asia, particularly Singapore and Indonesia. With over eight years of experience at Credit Suisse, Kusnadi brings a wealth of expertise in private banking from his previous roles at Standard Chartered and Citi.
Joseph Sim joins as a senior relationship manager, concentrating on the Indonesian ultra-high-net-worth segment after nearly three decades at Credit Suisse. Balaji Dhakshinamoorthy and Narayanan Vaidyanathan have also been recruited as senior relationship managers, focusing specifically on the NRI market. Dhakshinamoorthy brings his experience from CA Indosuez Switzerland, while Vaidyanathan joins from BNP Paribas.
Bank of Singapore plans to increase its relationship manager headcount to 500 by the end of 2025, reflecting a 10% rise in Singapore alone since the beginning of the year.
