Bengali cinema star Jisshu Sengupta discussed his time on the set of the upcoming movie Bhoot Bangla, where he worked with Akshay Kumar and director Priyadarshan. Initially, he felt a bit nervous but gradually settled in after understanding the director’s approach.
During his first days on set, Jisshu felt a sense of nervousness due to the opportunity to work with Priyadarshan. However, he found the director to be relaxed and open to suggestions, creating a comfortable working environment. Akshay Kumar, too, impressed Jisshu with his collaborative and enjoyable nature on set.
Jisshu admitted to feeling unsure about his performance initially, as Priyadarshan’s minimal feedback left him questioning. However, after clarifying with a colleague, he realized the director’s silent approval style. Once he grasped this, Jisshu felt at ease and enjoyed working with the team.
The actor also shared his positive experience during the London schedule of the film, highlighting the fun atmosphere created by Priyadarshan and the team. Jisshu praised Akshay Kumar’s fun-loving nature, emphasizing the enjoyable working environment they shared. Bhoot Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar, Rajpal Yadav, and others, is set to release on April 10.
